Our mission is to help individuals
and organizations thrive
Today, one in five Americans experience a diagnosable mental illness, yet 84% aren’t getting the care they need. Unfortunately, traditional mental health solutions were not built to acknowledge the unique needs of each person. This results in a terrible experience, as patients must test multiple treatment and provider options to find the right fit.
At Spring Health, we believe that mental healthcare is not ‘one size fits all.’ By applying the same scientific principles behind precision medicine to mental healthcare, we can accurately predict the right treatment to the right person at the right time, and ultimately accelerate recovery. We call this Precision Mental Healthcare.
Patient comes first
We put the patient first in every decision we make. We are unafraid to veto or challenge decisions in favor of creating an extraordinary experience for patients.
Evidence serves the patient
Clinical proof is of the utmost importance behind any solution designed to solve real clinical issues. We strive to utilize evidence-based practices, treatments, and recommendations at all times.
We aim to be as efficient as possible by working strategically and methodically, with the assumption that occasional missteps will occur. We believe that processes exist in service of outcomes, not the other way around.
Decide, decide, decide
Every unmade decision delays success, and that delay accumulates very quickly. We are committed to avoiding being a bottleneck, proactively proposing solutions, and being fast about making decisions.
Be open and honest
Our goal is to de-stigmatize mental health and create a safe space for everyone to share authentically about their issues. We are unafraid to call others out for violating company or our own personal values, yet remain open to feedback and honest about our own shortcomings.
