Pre-session review for intake appointments
What changed
Spring Practice, the unified EHR used by 100% of Spring Health providers, now brings more context into view before a first therapy session: a member’s intake responses, relevant notes from earlier therapy, assessment results, coverage details, upcoming appointments, and sources for each item.
Why it matters
A first session should build on what a member has already shared, not ask them to start over. With that context, providers can focus the conversation on what matters now, the member’s next step in care, and help them improve faster.
The AI angle
Spring Health is a global mental health company built on one AI-native platform that securely connects members, providers, and employers. Guided Intake uses AI to summarize what a member shares; Spring Practice, the shared EHR used by 100% of Spring Health providers, brings that summary alongside relevant Spring history so each provider can pick up where the last left off. Through Spring Insights, employers see aggregate, de-identified engagement and outcomes, helping them understand program impact without seeing individual care details.
More ways to find an appointment
What changed
Spring Practice suggests openings based on provider appointment patterns and synced calendars; providers choose which to make bookable. For follow-ups, members can share calendar availability to get flexible-time suggestions. Providers can also adjust recurring appointments, approve routine conflicts in bulk, or move one session without shifting the series.
Why it matters
A scheduling conflict shouldn’t become a dead end. More ways to suggest and offer times can help keep care moving, while providers stay in control of their schedules.
Guide check-ins for Specialty Care
What changed
Eligible adult Specialty Care members can choose a Guide check-in or a live Specialty Care Navigator (SCN) session. Guide checks in on engagement, goals, and symptoms, then shares a summary with the Navigator; members can still book live support.
Why it matters
Members can stay engaged on their own time while keeping the option of live support. The check-in summary helps Navigators continue care with the member’s progress in view.
The AI angle
Guide uses the member’s existing Specialty Care context to shape the check-in and suggest next steps. It summarizes each interaction for the SCN, so a self-guided touchpoint can inform ongoing care.
Global work-life services and manager consultations
What changed
Spring Health continues to bring more work-life support in-house, giving members one familiar place to start when life gets complicated. Eligible people leaders can request confidential, one-to-one guidance from a licensed mental health professional through Spring Health to talk through an employee concern and leave with a clear next step.
Why it matters
Work and life pressures don’t stop at the therapy session. Practical work-life support gives global members another place to turn, while consultations help managers think through a supportive next step for an employee.
How we know it works
Together, these releases show what one connected platform makes possible: Spring Practice carries context across care, Guide gives eligible Specialty Care members another way to check in, and work-life services and manager consultations make practical support easier to reach. As life, work, location, and clinical needs change, care can continue with the person.
