What We Built in September 2026: Making It Easier to Find Support and Follow Through

Support only helps when people can find it and act on it. From the first search to the appointment on the calendar, September's releases make each step easier for members and give employers a clearer view of the coaching support their people want. Here's what we built.

Spring Health Inside Workday Wellness

What changed
Spring Health is now embedded in Workday Wellness. Employees can reach Spring Health through Workday with one click, and employers get simpler setup and benefits administration.

Why it matters

Support works when it's where people already are. Employees find Spring Health alongside the rest of their benefits, and Workday Wellness can suggest it when it fits their situation. For employers, it's one view of their benefits and the wellness trends across their workforce, which helps them decide what to offer next.

Work-Life Services and Check-In Cards on the Homepage

What changed
Members who haven't booked an appointment yet now see two cards under Additional Resources on their homepage. One leads to work-life services, such as financial coaching and legal support, for members whose benefit includes them. The other is a check-in: a set of questions that lets members track how they're doing and points them toward more support when they need it.

Why it matters

Not everyone starts with an appointment. Some people start with a practical problem weighing on them, like a legal or financial question. Others want a way to check in on how they're doing. This update puts both in front of members the moment they arrive, so support is easy to find wherever a member starts.

A Clearer Next Step After Booking

What changed
When a member books an appointment, the appointment details page they land on now leads with the ability to add it to their calendar.

Why it matters

Booking a session is one decision. Keeping the appointment is the next one, and it’s a commitment that can compete with everything else in a member's week. Putting it on their calendar is a small step that helps care hold its place. Making it the obvious next step helps members get the care they booked.

Coaching Utilization by Coaching Type in Spring Insights

What changed
Spring Insights now shows which types of coaching support employees are looking for, based on the coaching topics members search for or filter by.

Why it matters

Behind every coaching search is a real need, like emotional regulation, work-life balance, or parenting. When HR leaders can see which topics their people are looking for, they can shape their programs around what employees want. It's the same coaching topic data that our teams have historically delivered and discussed with Spring Health customers in business reviews, now in Spring Insights whenever they want it.

How we know it works

Outcomes depend on members getting to care and staying in it. September's releases make both easier, and they show employers what their people are asking for. For employers, that means a benefit people can find and use, and a clearer picture of what they need next.
