Your employees’ lives are shaped by challenges that extend far beyond the workplace, such as caring for a loved one, navigating health changes, managing loss, and prioritizing their wellbeing.

These experiences influence how people show up to work and impacts their focus, energy, and engagement. When employees receive personalized support to navigate life’s ups and downs, the ripple effects are powerful: stronger resilience, deeper trust, and a healthier, more effective workforce.

Personalized Support for Every Moment That Matters

Earlier this year, we launched Journeys: Personalized Mental Health Support for Every Moment That Matters, giving Spring Health members personalized content, care, and services they need to manage real-life challenges. Each journey features short, easy-to-use resources created by Spring Health clinical experts, available anytime. And when someone needs more support, they can connect with a coach or therapist who’s helped countless others through similar experiences or get guided to other benefits their employer already offers.

Now, we’re expanding Journeys with four new experiences:

  • Weight and wellness
  • Grief and loss
  • Women’s health
  • Caregiving

These Journeys are designed to meet the most prevalent and costly needs across today’s workforce. These join our existing Families, Neurodiversity, and Managers & Leaders Journeys. More Journeys will be built over the next year.

Why the Journeys Investment Continues

Even with robust benefits, many employees struggle to see how their mental, physical, and financial wellbeing resources fit together. It can be challenging to get started and even decide what support to seek first.

At the same time, workforce needs are rapidly evolving. The surge in GLP-1 medication use has created new behavioral and emotional challenges tied to motivation, body image, and self-trust. The need to address women’s health across a multi-generational workforce has also intensified.  Nearly half of working women report that menopause symptoms interfere with their daily functioning, yet few receive adequate support. Add to this the rising emotional strain of caregiving and loss, which affects more than one in five employees and costs U.S. employers an estimated $44 billion annually in lost productivity. Together, these realities underscore why employers need personalized, mental health–anchored pathways that meet people where they are and turn benefits into meaningful support.

Inside the New Journeys

Every Spring Health Journey will begin with a dynamic homepage that presents the member with a weekly action plan tailored to their assessment, personal goals, and preferences. See how two of the four Journeys work in real life.

Weight and wellness
Imagine an employee with pre-diabetes begins using a GLP-1 medication to support weight loss. Through Spring Health, they receive a personalized weekly plan grounded in behavioral science and emotional insight. They explore self-guided resources that provide practical guidance for navigating challenges with food and maximizing results with GLP-1 medications while addressing stress, motivation, and self-image. When they decide to work more closely on nutrition, they connect with one of Spring Health’s coaches with over 35 specialties, choosing a culinary coach to plan nutritious, mindful meals that fit their lifestyle.

Women’s health

Now consider an employee balancing career, family, and the early stages of perimenopause. Her homepage connects her directly to company-sponsored benefits for fertility, pregnancy, and menopause management, allowing her to find the right support quickly. She explores videos and tools created with gender and cultural sensitivity, offering guidance on hormonal shifts, mood changes, and self-care. By blending expert resources with employer benefits, the women’s health journey helps her feel supported through every stage of womanhood.

Each Journey connects self-guided learning with quick access to Spring Health's specialized coaches, therapists, and experts. Members can often connect with these professionals within a day to get help with what they are experiencing.

Building a Stronger, More Connected Benefits Ecosystem

When care connects, everyone moves forward.

  • For HR leaders, Journeys turn fragmented benefits into unified experiences that better contain costs and drive lasting outcomes.
  • For Spring Health members, Journeys provides an easy-to-use, personalized care pathway that’s tailored for every life moment. The result is a workforce that feels seen, supported, and empowered to thrive.

Because when employees get care that fits their lives, organizations thrive.
