At Spring Health, we’ve always believed that mental health care should adapt to people, not the other way around. That belief is what drives our innovation, and today, we’re introducing Journeys, a personalized approach to guiding members through life’s most pivotal and often most complex moments.
Whether it’s becoming a new parent, navigating a divorce, managing a new diagnosis, or stepping into leadership for the first time, Journeys provides relevant, personalized support at exactly the right moment. It’s how we ensure every Spring Health member has access to care that’s timely, integrated, and measurably effective.
What are Journeys?
Journeys recognizes that mental health isn’t one size fits all. It’s a personalized companion through big changes, tough moments, and everything in between, offering thoughtful guidance every step of the way.
Rather than offering isolated programs or generic content, Journeys combines personalization, intelligence, and human care to connect members to the right support across three key elements:
- Curated content hubs aligned to meaningful moments, whether that’s a health diagnosis, a parenting challenge, or a new role at work, and more
- Matched provider recommendations across the full spectrum of need— including coaches, therapists, and physicians—ensuring the right clinical support at the right time
- Specialty services for specific needs, delivered through expert partners and our own innovative in-house models
This isn’t surface-level personalization. It’s deeply contextual care, designed for real-life complexity.
Where Journeys has already begun

Members are already engaging in Journeys designed around:
- Neurodiversity: Support tailored to the unique strengths, needs, and experiences of neurodivergent individuals—at home and at work.
- Manager Experience: Guidance for first-time and seasoned managers navigating leadership, team dynamics, and mental health support.
- Family Care, including Teen Support: Resources and care pathways for parents and caregivers facing the emotional and logistical demands of family life, including adolescent mental health.
And we’re just getting started. Journeys for caregiving, perinatal health, divorce, and weight management are on the way.
For employers, Journeys represents a shift away from a messy patchwork of point solutions. Instead of stitching together niche programs with different entry points and disconnected data, organizations receive a unified experience, seamlessly embedded into Spring’s core platform and backed by industry-leading outcomes.
Why now?
Today’s workforce is stretched across every dimension, both professionally and personally. People are juggling high-intensity work demands while managing chronic conditions, caregiving responsibilities, financial stress, and life transitions. These pressures don’t happen in isolation. They stack, and they spill over.
And the impact is real. Gallup’s 2024 report shows only 23% of employees are thriving at work. Meanwhile, the World Economic Forum has declared that workplace mental health is no longer just a wellness initiative. It’s a business-critical strategy.
Employees don’t need more logins. They need care that’s relevant, continuous, and embedded in the rhythm of their lives. That’s why we built Journeys–to reflect the full spectrum of what today’s employees carry and to help employers support their people in a way that’s scalable, flexible, and truly meaningful.
Why Journeys matters
For employees: Journeys create a care experience that’s intuitive and affirming. Instead of guessing where to start, members are guided into the right care pathway based on who they are, what they’re navigating, and what they need next. It’s personalized support without the friction.
For employers: Journeys uses Spring’s technology to intelligently match employees to care, automating what used to be manual and fragmented. It’s how we increase impact, utilization, and outcomes, all while simplifying benefits operations.
For the future of care: Journeys isn’t just a collection of services. It’s a smart, learning framework. As we continue to invest in AI, clinical innovation, and personalization, Journeys will become increasingly dynamic, predicting moments of change, surfacing risk, and evolving alongside the member.
From reactive care to life-integrated support
Mental health care isn’t just about crisis intervention. It’s about helping people through the ongoing, evolving challenges of life and work. Journeys reflect this shift by offering proactive, relevant, and holistic support through one connected experience.
If your current approach still relies on a traditional EAP or siloed programs with static content, it’s time for something more modern and more human. Journeys is built for today’s workforce: intelligent, scalable, and designed to support people through what matters most.
This is what the future of mental health care looks like.
