Support that starts with your goals

‍

You don't need to have everything figured out before you reach out.

We'll help you build a care plan that brings together the right kinds of support for your goals, needs, and schedule.

1

Start with your goals

You don't need a diagnosis, a crisis, or a fixed goal to get started. Whether you want to cut back, take a break, quit, stay sober, or simply understand your options, you can explore care that meets you where you are.

Your first conversation is a chance to learn about the program and your options. It isn't a commitment to one care path.

2

Build a plan that fits your life

Your care plan is built around your goals, needs, and schedule. It can include different types of support, depending on what feels most useful to you.

Your personalized program might include:

  • Specialized 1:1 therapy with a clinician who understands alcohol and substance-use concerns
  • Peer support from someone who has lived experience with alcohol and/or substance use
  • Medication care from a prescribing clinician with deep expertise in alcohol and substance use support
  • Evidence-based digital content you can use between sessions to practice new skills

Move forward at your own pace

Depending on your goals and care plan, a typical week may include time for a virtual appointment, a short digital lesson or activity, and steps you can try between sessions. You and your care team can choose what feels manageable now, then adjust your plan as your needs change.

Care is virtual, so you can meet from home or another private place that works for you.

Your plan can fit into your life

This flexible program is a great fit for people with busy lives and for those who may not see themselves in traditional options like AA or rehab. You don't need a diagnosis or a crisis to get support that works for you. Here's an example of how a personalized plan fits into a busy week.
