Yes. Your care with Spring Health is private and protected. We follow strict confidentiality standards, including HIPAA compliance, to safeguard your personal health information. While we do not share individual therapy session details, certain information, such as billing or program engagement data, may be shared with your insurance provider as part of standard health plan processes.

How soon can I get an appointment, and can I choose between in-person and virtual care?

Most members can book an appointment with a therapist within 24 to 48 hours – no more long waitlists. Members have access to both virtual and in-person providers where available.

How much will I pay per session? Will the price ever change?

Therapy and medication management appointments are billed as in-network claims, meaning your health plan’s standard deductibles, cost-shares and copayments apply. If you don't want to use you your insurance, no problem. Our providers also accept out-of-pocket payments.
