Karin Yahr

My name is Karin Yahr, and I am a full-time provider at Spring Health. I live in beautiful Boise, Idaho with my two dogs and a view of the foothills. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, and a PsyD Candidate in Clinical Psychology, with an emphasis in Sports and Performance Psychology, at the University of Arizona. I have 14 years of experience in the mental health industry as a Director of clinical services and as a clinician. I specialize in Mindfulness Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Performance Enhancement.
