She currently serves as the Director of Talent Management and Workplace Experience at Spring Health where she focuses on manager and leadership development, onboarding, learning and development, performance, and workplace experience. Prior to joining Spring Health, Emily has built Learning and Talent and Management teams and programs at Coinbase, Heyday, and Equinox. She is also a certified professional coach through the ICF.
