Dan Harrah
VP of Clinical Partnerships
Dan Harrah is a licensed clinical social worker, former behavioral health benefits consultant and health plan operations leader. Dan leads Spring Health's Clinical Partnerships team, where he spends most of his time working with customers to build strategies to support the emotional wellbeing needs of employees and their families.
Vice President of Clinical Partnerships at Spring Health. Dan is a licensed clinical social worker and former behavioral health benefits consultant and health plan operations leader. Dan has nearly 20 years of experience in mental treatment and strategy. These days Dan spends most of his time partnering with employers and consultants to turn clinical and product innovation into practical workforce mental health strategies. He holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's in social work, both from the University of Michigan.

Kelsey Witmer
VP, Total Rewards & People Ops, Spring Health
With 10 years of People & Culture experience, Kelsey is a people-first leader who loves complex, ambiguous challenges that require creative problem solving. She is driven to deeply understand and empathize with people, champion experiences, and scale innovative solutions that drive behavioral/cultural change company-wide. As the Head of Employee Experience at Spring Health, Kelsey drives initiatives that enhance employee engagement, team collaboration, and organizational effectiveness. She leads a multidisciplinary team spanning Employee Experience & Belonging, Internal Communications & Change Management, and Talent Management, with a focus on launching cultural programs that engage team members, break barriers to cross-functional collaboration, and embed AI into internal operations.
