For all team members that are sober, sober curious, and allies
The mission of Sober at Spring is to empower, connect, and support employees who are living sober lifestyles, are in recovery, or are exploring abstinence and harm reduction strategies from substances, through a community that values empathy, understanding, and respect.
For individuals with disabilities, their caretakers, and allies
Our mission is to create a safe space for individuals with both seen and unseen disabilities as well as those who care for someone with a disability and our allies. SpringAble is committed to celebrating all persons with disabilities while also giving employees room to grow their knowledge, create awareness, and feel a part of an inclusive environment.
OffSpring is a community for parents, caregivers, and anyone who cheers them on. We’re here to swap stories, share tips, and laugh through the chaos together.
Our mission is to make the wild ride of parenthood a little more joyful — and a lot more supported.

The Black Employee Coalition is committed to empowering the voices of our Black team members and our allies and driving meaningful change by partnering with Spring Health to cultivate a culture of belonging, representation, and justice. Through continuous learning, advocacy, and the celebration of Black heritage across the diaspora, we honor our past, elevate our present, and inspire a more inclusive future.
For all Asian, Pacific Islander, Desi American team members and allies
The mission of Amplify APIDA is to establish a safe space to better learn and celebrate our cultures, discuss our experiences, and promote mental health activism in the APIDA community.
