Or, if you have access to Spring Health through your employer, you can activate that membership here.

- Anxiety

- And more
Between sessions, we also offer on-demand mental health tools for quick relief and expert-backed resources like our Neurodiversity hub.
Yes. Your care with Spring Health is private and protected. We follow strict confidentiality standards, including HIPAA compliance, to safeguard your personal health information. While we do not share individual therapy session details, certain information, such as billing or program engagement data, may be shared with your insurance provider as part of standard health plan processes.
Most members can book an appointment to see a therapist within 24 to 48 hours—no more long waitlists or referrals. And our providers offer both virtual and in-person sessions where available.
With in-network coverage, your therapy and medication management appointments are billed as in-network claims, meaning your health plan’s standard deductibles, cost-shares, and copayments apply. If you’re not covered or don't want to use your insurance, no problem. Our providers also accept out-of-pocket payments.
