Mental Health Awareness Month

May 2024

While mental health has different connotations for everyone, it’s much more than a buzzword. Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It’s a key factor in how we think, feel, act, cope with challenges, relate to others, and make healthy choices. And if you don’t feel strong in all these areas, you’re not broken—you’re human.

What better time than Mental Health Awareness Month to start thinking about what mental health means to you? At Spring Health, we’re dedicated to supporting you, no matter what your story is or where you are on your path to well-being. We hope you’ll join us for some special events this May (but don’t forget, we’re here for you all year long).

The Power of Support

Hear what real Spring Health members have to say about seeking support.

“I started using Spring Health as a mental health check-in for myself. I’m not going through any serious crises, but I’ve found it helpful to talk to a clinician about things I’m feeling in my day-to-day life.”

“Overcoming that first appointment and stereotype of therapy was BIG. I know that one day, when I do have a dark cloud above me and need extra support, I’ll be happy I took the first step.”

“Spring Health is helping to give me a consistent support system that challenges me and opens up new ways of thought. I’m leading each day with more compassion for myself than the last.”

“I’ve been struggling with self-esteem, and my therapist has been giving me tools to improve and shift my mindset. It’s helped me understand my perspective and my emotions on a deeper level.”

“I’ve been very stressed and anxious due to drastic life changes. Spring Health was a game changer for me. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel now, and I’ll continue to work with them to help me to be myself again.”

“I sought out therapy for a few issues. I’ve received great guidance on managing stress, anger, and anxiety while working through my past trauma. There’s still a long way to go, but I’m glad to be on this journey.”
