What is a Specialty Care navigator?

A Specialty Care navigator is a licensed clinician with deep expertise in mental health and alcohol or drug use concerns. They’re here to listen, answer questions, and guide you to the right support—whether that's therapy, medication, or another resource. Think of them as your personal advocate in care.

Can I participate if I’m already seeing a Spring Health therapist?

Yes, you can continue working with your therapist while also discussing additional support options with a Specialty Care Navigator. All Spring Health services are available to you while participating in the alcohol and substance use support program. Schedule a call with a Specialty Care Navigator to learn more.

Can my family members get support?

Yes! Your dependents (age 18+) have access to Spring Health’s alcohol and substance use support programs. Have them sign up for Spring Health to speak with a Care Navigator about their options.

How much does it cost?

We have program options that work for every lifestyle, budget, and insurance plan. Any out-of-pocket costs will depend on your individual insurance plan and the program you choose to enroll in. Your Specialty Care Navigator will explain all potential costs before enrolling you in a program.

Is this program confidential?

Your care with Spring Health is confidential and will never be shared with your employer without your consent or unless required by law.
